05.04.2010 Seminar on studying of a design and rules of installation and operation of crawled crane RDK-36.

03.04.2010 the training seminar for workers of departments of sales and marketing on studying of a design and rules of installation and operation of caterpillar crane RDK-36 has passed in Klintsy mobile crane factory. A seminar main objective was acquaintance with the crane on caterpillar chassis RDK-36 which has already gone on sale.

During the seminar on a test platform of Klintsy mobile crane factory the demonstration of movement of the crane, work of a new caterpillar drive, assemblage-dismantling boom-jib equipment, installation and dismantle of a counterbalance 14 tons, studying of rules of loading-unloading on vehicles and movement on highways of the general using has taken place.

The caterpillar chassis of crane RDK-36 with telescopic caterpillar carts allows to have a good transport dimension on width and big basic contour at crane work on a building site. The mechanism of telescope has received approval of experts of the maintaining organisations. The rotary part of the crane possesses the big volume rigidity that guarantees long work of mechanisms of a drive. Maintainability of configuration of mechanisms and knots allows to examine easily, easier to serve, conveniently to dismantle and mount all knots of a drive and installations.

Caterpillar crane RDK-36 in the combined kind has height of 3 090 mm. In transport position the crane placed on a trailer (the height of a platform to 900 mm from level of a basic surface), does not exceed a transport dimension on height of 4,0 metres that is not an obstacle for crane transportation on roads of the general using. The length of a rotary platform the combined kind makes 10 400 mm, that also allows to transport freely crane RDK-36 on automobile vehicles and by rail.

At crane work combination of some operations is supposed: rotation of a rotary platform of the crane and lifting (lowering) of a boom, rotation of a rotary platform of the crane and lifting (lowering) of cargo by basic winch, lifting (lowering) of cargo by auxiliary winch and lifting (lowering) of a boom.

In a complete set of the crane with rigid in single jib (5,0 - 10,0 m) the length of a boom makes from 15,0 to 35,0 metres. In a complete set of the crane with shunting in single jib (15,0 - 20,0 metres) the length of a boom makes from 15,0 to 30,0 metres. Experts of one of the transport companies develop schemes of loading of the crane and all tower-boom-jib equipment on two on railway platforms.

In an educational class of factory leading experts of factory have told about operation and a crane design in a complete set tower-boom equipment, including rigid and shunting in single jib, allowing considerably to increase the area of a working zone and operational possibilities of the crane. Features of work of the crane with devices of safety ОGМ-240 have separately been explained.

In working conditions of a seminar experts of departments of sales have discussed questions of marketing and sales of crawled cranes with experts of service of the Main designer of factory. Main designer Klintsy mobile crane factory mr. Gavrilov answered on interesting questions.
